Humanists Doing Good is hosting the inaugural Colorado Secular Conference located in Grand Junction on July 21st. We invite you to join us for this unique opportunity. The conference is sponsored by the Colorado Coalition of Reason and funding making it possible is being provided by the United Coalition of Reason. Admission is free, though donations will be accepted. We also invite you to join us on an optional tour of the awe-inspiring Colorado National Monument and for some wine tasting the day after the conference. Our goal is to allow secular/nonreligious people from around the region to meet one another, share ideas, and to learn from several different speakers on a variety of topics. There will also be a free three hour seminar/workshop offered that focuses on building and growing secular groups. The conference is a golden opportunity for secularists, Humanists, atheists, agnostics, freethinkers and others to come together and make their presence known in an organized fashion. It is also a chance for curious members of the community to come and learn about the secular movement, its supporters, and to also learn about important issues that affect us all like the Patriot Act.
